Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel orders for physical products before they are shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed. In such cases, you may accept the delivery and then request a return and refund for the product.
Note: Digital software cannot be cancelled as it is delivered instantly. Once delivered, it is non-refundable.
Returns & Replacement Policy
We offer a 1-month activation warranty for digital software and a 7-day warranty on replacements. We provide free support for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, you can opt for paid support as per the software.
For digital software, if you encounter any issues, please contact us with your order ID and details. If the digital product does not work, we will first try to resolve the issue remotely. If the issue cannot be fixed, we will provide a replacement for the same product.
In the case of physical software, if there is an issue with the delivered license, we will replace the license via email, not the entire box. The activation warranty remains the same as for digital software (1 month).
Please ensure that your purchase is correct, as software bought by mistake is not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
For other physical items (excluding software), you have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to return the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for refunds on digital products:
- You are eligible for a refund if the software (both digital and physical) does not work, even after a replacement, due to a problem with the license key.
- You are not eligible for a refund if the key fails due to using an incorrect edition, an outdated version, or any system-related issues on your end that are unrelated to the purchased product key.
- Refunds, replacements, or compensation are not provided if the purchase was made by mistake. Please ensure your order is accurate, as we are not responsible for wrong purchases.
- If you have not used the key after delivery, you are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or compensation. The activation warranty is valid for 1 month only.
Note: Refunds and replacements for digital and physical software will be reviewed by our team after conducting a remote access check. If a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 2-3 working days.
We will not process a refund or replacement if you do not cooperate or fail to comply with our company policies, which you accepted before placing your order.
For physical items, once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it and inform you of the refund status. If the return is in line with our policy, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
Please Note: You will receive a full refund if your return is deemed valid according to our policy. If the product is in perfect condition and the return reason is invalid, or if the item has been tampered with to meet the return criteria, you may be responsible for shipping costs, payment gateway fees, and any repair charges. The remaining amount will be refunded.
